Favorite Sweet:  red vines or dark chocolate peppermint patties, ice cream, cookies and brownies 

Favorite Fruit:  nectarines, strawberries, cantaloupe 

Favorite Food:  Salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing, Starbucks reduced fat turkey bacon breakfast sandwiches, egg white delight from Mc Donalds, & Spud nuts egg and cheese with light mayo breakfast sandwich on an English muffin  

Favorite Drink:  Diet Coke & Starbucks (Decaf nonfat blended vanilla or mocha Frappuccino no whip, on cold days, decaf mochas with skim milk and no whip  

Favorite Restaurant: Wood Ranch and I like any place with a good grilled chicken salad, bbq chicken salad or chicken sandwich
